Todd E. Crawford

Chief Executive Officer

Capital City Partners, Inc.

In 2002, Mr. Crawford co-founded Capital City Asset Management Group, LLC, formerly American Wealth Preservation Group, in order to offer truly independent investment and consulting services to businesses and high net-worth individuals. Prior to 2002, Mr. Crawford was an Investment Consultant for McDonald Investments, Inc., formerly a KeyCorp Company, now a part of UBS.

With a financial career that spans over 20 years, Mr. Crawford possesses the in-depth experience managing assets, making him uniquely qualified to manage aggregated, customized investment portfolios. Mr. Crawford holds NASD Series 7, Series 24, Series 63 and Series 65 licenses, as well as a State of Ohio Life, Health and Annuity License.

Robert K. Cargin

President

Capital City Securities, LLC

Mr. Cargin joined Capital City Partners, Inc. in 2008 as a Principal at Capital City Securities, LLC. With over 20 years experience as a Registered Representative, General Securities Prinicipal, Municipal Securities Principal, Options Principal, Registered Investment Advisor, and Licensed Insurance Agent, Mr. Cargin's expertise lies in understanding the process of providing investment opportunities and financial advise to clients.

Mr. Cargin recieved his undergraduate degree from Coe College, Cedar Rapids, Iowa and his MBA from Capital University, Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Cargin holds NASD Series 4, Series 24, Series 53, Series 7, Series 31, Series 63 and Series 65 licenses as well as a State of Ohio Department of Life, Health and Annuity license.
